RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking your return.

Final Sale Items

We do not have final sale items. All products are eligible for return within the 14-day return window, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@mancavecreative.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, minus the 50% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mancavecreative.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund without restocking fees.
